Teaser: Jennifer & Murielle’s mission statement

We are artists who break the traditional rules of pornography to try and tap into the beauty and power of sex.  Over the years we have each developed our own uniquely female and feminist take on sexuality that we explore in our own way.  Our films are quite different; Murielle’s are poetic, short, experimental, and rich with music; Jennifer’s are realistic, intimate, visceral, and honest. But our mission is remarkably similar: To use cinema to bring humanity back into sexuality, particularly in a way that honors what women feel.

We wanted to collaborate to create a short erotic film from a very female point of view.

In the film, we give a glimpse of porn through the looking-glass:  We see a couple having sex.  But through the prism of love and equality, can we call this porn anymore? And, if not, what words can capture it?

We hope this film will be surprising, poetic and unabashedly hot.
